It's not the weed making you procrastinate.

If you struggle with procrastination, you might not know it's likely the lack of nervous system regulation—living too often in survival mode—that fries your energy, causing the stagnation.

(But hey, it's not your fault, though! No one taught the majority of us about this growing up.)

When we lack nervous system regulation, we're generally living in anxiety, fear & stress - this exhausts the body, mind and spirit. Hence, the procrastination.

It's less about productivity, time management or organization hacks when overcoming procrastination, contrary to ALL the advice out there.

But it's MORE about aligning your energy with what you desire to do, what you believe you can do (which, you might have to upgrade some beliefs) and what’s energizing to do. To hell with the rest. Have more fun.

When we can consciously regulate our nervous system out of the survival state and into a state of feeling safe & secure, we'll fuel ourselves with inspiration, momentum and, from there, progress (even if baby steps).

A painter that procrastinated everything for 2 decades & finally got her shit together (while still smoking weed.)
