At Pretty Stoned Art, we are committed to providing high-quality work across all mediums. However, we understand that sometimes a course may not meet your expectations. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds for Courses, Programs & Educational Content
1.1 Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. After this period, all sales are final.
1.2 Refunds are only available to customers who have completed less than 50% of the course content. If a significant portion of the course has been accessed or completed, a refund will not be issued.
1.3 Courses purchased at a discounted price or during a promotion are not eligible for refunds.

2. Eligibility for Refunds for Original Art, Custom Commissions and Live Painting
2.1 Original Artwork Return Policy: We want you to love your new artwork! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the original artwork within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns

Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable and insured shipping service.

If the artwork is damaged upon return, a partial refund may be issued based on the extent of the damage.
Refund Process

Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, a refund (minus shipping costs) will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom or commissioned pieces are final sale and non-refundable.​
2.2 Due to the nature of custom commissions and live painting, refunds or exchanges are not provided unless otherwise stated.

3. How to Request a Refund
3.1 To request a refund, email us at pretty.stoned.art@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your request.
3.2 We may request additional information to understand your experience and improve our service offerings.
3.3 Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions & Special Cases
4.1 If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing an online course, please contact support before requesting a refund.
4.2 If you enrolled by mistake, notify us within 24 hours of purchase to request a full refund.
4.3 No refunds will be issued for failure to complete the course, lack of time, or change of interest.
