Here's how you know you're becoming more skilled with intentional manifestation: you'll see more and more synchronicities, or what's commonly seen as "coincidences." Synchronicities are those trippy parallel occurrences that make you feel like you're in the twilight zone. But like in a good way. When we experience them, we'll commonly feel like we're getting confirmation or guidance and we're being lined up with the right people, the right piece of information, or even the right challenge, at the right time. It can be an extremely satisfying and comforting experience to witness these synchronicities unfolding. The more I have them, the more fun life gets. They're a positive side effect of living in alignment with your heart.
So you wanna experience more of them too?
To share my 3 steps for securing more synchronicities with you, I have to share a story that illustrates the three principles in action first. Then we’ll explore them.
Last year I decided I was ready to commit to building my art business and going full-time with it as soon as possible, so naturally, I was asking for guidance around making money (with ease) when I was in meditation.
A few months after setting that intention, I was randomly thinking about trying a cold plunge for the first time ("random" ideas and longings can often be your intuition calling you to the right person/place/thing/experience). So, in December, I signed up for my first cold plunge ever (SHOUT OUT SOUL PLUNGE!!!). I fell in love with it. Immediately hooked. The cold plunge was giving me a way to sit with fear, deep discomfort and anxiety, but helping me move through those sensations in a way that they phase me much less now.
This has been pivotal for my financial state (which I was asking for guidance on) because, then, I had so much fear around money that I couldn’t even stand to check my bank account. I was extremely avoidant with my finances and consumed with anxiety, but I wanted to get over that. Desperately. Cold plunging has been one of the most healing practices I’ve ever done (and I’ve tried a lot.)
Two months later, I met a friend at the same cold plunge gathering and we clicked so easily and quickly. At some point within the next month, she then introduced me to a book called "Rich as Fuck" by Amanda Frances. Amanda’s work has so radically changed my life in the past 9 months, it’s not even funny. It's quite literally miraculous and I highly recommend checking out her work if you're interested in metaphysical/spiritual/unconventional ways of living – especially relating to money. Consuming her work has inspired so many more creative ideas within me, the energy & confidence to take action on them, finishing projects, getting invited to art events, shows, a gallery, making more networking connections, more money is coming in, and this is all in a matter of a handful of months. Like it’s blowing my mind.
Before my friend introduced me to the book, I had made a vision board collage and one of the pictures on it is of a woman sitting in a bathtub full of cash (lol). The "Rich as Fuck" book has a photo of the author sitting in a bathtub full of cash, too. I realized that synchronicity a month after getting the book. This stuff really shows up in your physical reality the more you visualize it in your inner reality with your thoughts, uplifted feelings and ability to be deeply present.
Do you see how listening to the smallest desire to cold plunge sent me down this path of pretty rapid financial transformation?
Our intuition guides us to the right steps, which align us with the big manifestation. I don’t have everything in my physical reality that I want with money yet, but the fear and anxiety have been drastically reduced and the path for me to go full time with art is becoming so clear and accessible. I want to stress how much commitment, devotion and moving through deep layers of fear into a state of trust that this has taken. It has not been an overnight shift in the slightest, but it’s so possible for you too if you’re willing to hold your vision through all of the challenges.
So, FINALLY, that being said, here are 3 ways I secure more synchronicities to support and speed up my manifestation practice:
Set an intention for what you want to experience. Get really specific. I specifically asked for ease around making money and going full time with art. That’s practically the core of Amanda’s work and her book came to me through a friend.
Follow desires instead of “shoulds.” Instead of strictly saving and budgeting like I “should,” like everyone in society says to, I haven’t approached my finances with much logic (haha), but more so from an emotional and energetic place. This intuitive way of approaching my finances, though it may seem bat shit crazy, is shifting things so much faster than with any other method I’ve tried. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying don’t save or budget, but there’s other ways to remedy your finances (and all areas of your life) if you’re open to a little “woo” in your experience. Lean into what feels good. If you don’t know, explore. Get curious. Follow the desires. They aren’t wrong. They’re in your heart for a reason.
Follow ideas/desires almost immediately. Don’t keep putting them off!! It’s very likely your intuition is leading you to the next right step toward manifestations. That’s inspired action, or aligned action. It’s a path of ease and of least resistance. If I wouldn’t have listened to the call to cold plunge, I know for certain that I wouldn’t have started shifting my financial state so rapidly.
Manifestation is equal parts mystical and practical, in my opinion. Our creativity, our desires, are a connection from the energetic world into the physical world. Lean into the unknown, into trust. Allow your process to be full of fun and play. It’ll show you to some pretty spectacular experiences.
Happy manifesting <3
