Staying sober is directly linked to how effectively you can regulate your nervous system.


If your system is dysregulated and you don't have the tools to find inner balance again, you're much more likely to give into cravings and relapse.


If you can regulate your nervous system back into balance after stress, you're much more likely to cope in healthier ways that aren't drinks or drugs and you can finally integrate some healing!!!! You deserve to feel the fun, freedom & fulfillment that sobriety can bring.


Do not underestimate the power of regulating the nervous system!! Regulation and inner balance are all in the breath! Here's a free guided breathing practice for relaxation & sobriety support! In this practice, we’ll be focusing on slowing & deepening the breath to help us center into the present moment which will, in turn, support our sobriety.


You may even feel some immediate effects of mental clarity, peace, connection and/or creativity.
